Isolation Workout – Beginner to Advanced
Home isolation is the new way of life for the time being, but that doesn’t mean we should be grinding to a halt. Now more than ever it is important to take care of our mental and physical health.
Here are 3 simple workout circuits designed to keep you moving at home:
Beginner: 1 set of each
Intermediate: 2 sets of each
Advanced: 3 sets of each
Circuit #1
15 push-ups
15 burpees
1 minute plank
Circuit #2
20 jump lunges
15 jump squats
20 mountain climbers
Circuit #3
15 triceps dips (use a chair or coffee table)
1 minute wall sit
15 reverse crunch
